Customer Service Assistant
Location: Motherwell - Eurocentral
Start Date: Monday 27th April
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (shift rota)
Hours per Week: 40
Job Type: Temporary (initially 5 weeks, with potential for extension)
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants for our client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
- Provide clear, professional and efficient customer support
- Manage a variety of customer queries in a timely manner
- Work towards individual performance targets
- Maintain a high standard of written communication and professionalism at all times
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Weekly hours: 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday working pattern
