Summary
You will work with the Senior HR Advisors in providing an effective Employee Relations Advisory Service to managers in dealing with and managing all aspects of employee relations.
You will be proactive in ensuring that issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved at the earliest stage possible in accordance with policy timelines.
You will be part of the team actively contributing to the People directorate to provide an effective, efficient and quality ER service.

LNWH are looking to recruit 1x exceptional Employee Relations Advisor to join our Employee Relations Advisory Service.
You will manage your own caseload of employee relations cases, liaising directly with managers to bring cases to conclusion and keeping Senior HR Advisors updated on progress. You will update and maintain the ER Tracker system with case progress on a regular basis and ensure case delays and barriers are escalated.
