What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and delivering projects in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders using asset-based approaches
• Coordinating large scale community projects and initiatives
• Partnering with internal teams and external organisations to develop and deliver action plans that benefit local communities
• Taking part in local partnership funding bids
• Identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• An understanding of social housing issues and ideally have experience in asset-based community development
