Join our friendly team delivering fun and safe activities for primary school children after school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with children - whether you're newly qualified, returning to work, or looking for a rewarding term-time role that fits around your own schedule.

You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment before and after school. You'll support and lead play-based activities, encourage positive behaviour, and ensure children are well cared for at all times.

Day-to-day tasks include:
• Leading fun and engaging play activities
• Supervising children aged 4–11 in a school club setting
• Ensuring safeguarding and safety procedures are always followed
• Serving snacks and promoting healthy habits
• Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
• Aged 18+ (due to insurance and Ofsted regulations)
• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or play settings (paid or voluntary)
• Confidence supporting play in a structured but fun environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (but not required):
• A childcare qualification (or working towards one)
• First Aid, Safeguarding, or Food Hygiene certificates
• Full UK driving licence (for flexibility across sites)

Our recruitment process
1. Video interview – A short online conversation to learn about your coaching experience
2. In-person practical assessment – You’ll lead a short activity so we can see your coaching style in action
3. Offer – Successful candidates receive a formal offer
4. Onboarding & compliance – We’ll guide you through safeguarding checks, DBS and training before you start
