Summary
Vet Surgeons Wanted Across London
Salaries (DOE, negotiable) | Full-time permanent | No OOH
I'm currently recruiting for multiple Vet Surgeon positions across London with a range of well-established small animal practices. If you're looking for your next move in the capital, worth a conversation.
What I've got on the books
Practices range from central London locations walking distance from major transport hubs, to suburban sites with parking. Most are purpose-built, fully equipped setups with:
Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
High level ultrasound
In-house lab
Blood pressure monitoring, tonometry, cautery and suction
Full dental equipment for cats, dogs and rabbits
Team sizes vary but typically 3-4 vets supported by experienced RVNs, SVNs, VCAs and a Practice Manager. Several practices have vets who've completed Certificates in Ophthalmology and Small Animal Medicine while working there, with in-house training and CPD support built in.
What they're looking for
Minimum 18 months experience
Confident with routine surgery
Strong communicator, keen to develop
The roles typically offer
40 hours per week
1 in 4 Saturdays
No OOH
Diverse small animal caseload
Package across the roles
Salary negotiable DOE (top end £70k FTE for the right candidate)
Relocation package available at most sites
Generous CPD with support for Certificates
Contributory pension
Paid RCVS, VDS and BVA memberships
Colleague discounts
If you want to hear more about which practice suits you, drop me a message and I'll match you to the right ones.
