Summary
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cat B Van Driver to carry out daily deliveries from Eastbourne into Central London. This role involves early morning starts around 5:00 AM and typically 1-2 drops per day, making it ideal for drivers who prefer a straightforward delivery schedule without high drop volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a 3.5T van for deliveries into Central London
- Complete 1-2 delivery drops per shift
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- No handball required - goods are loaded and unloaded for you
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and obtain signatures where required
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Deliver a professional and courteous service at all times
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Comfortable with early morning starts (around 5:00 AM)
- Comfortable driving into Central London
- Good understanding of road safety and traffic regulations
- Strong time management and reliability
- Good communication skills
