Job Description
We are seeking a caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old young adult with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and mental health needs. The aim of this role is to help him safely access the community, reduce social isolation, and build confidence in a structured environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide support to attend a local gym in a safe and structured way
Offer reassurance and encouragement when leaving the home
Support the development of a consistent routine
Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during activities
Help build confidence and independence in community setting
Specific Requirements
Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs (desirable)
Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
Reliable and consistent approach to support
Good communication skills
