Summary

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance Team here at North Wales Housing. This key role supports strong financial control, informed decision making and long-term business planning across the organisation.
You will produce monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and work closely with senior leaders and budget holders. The role has a specialist focus on Treasury Management, Business Planning and Development Appraisals, with training provided to build resilience across the wider team.
You’ll need:
• Experience producing management accounts
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cashflow forecasting
• Experience of long term financial planning and development appraisals
• A relevant degree and/or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
