Summary
Rhodes Place is a Stepdown Rehabilitation Unit, providing mental health rehabilitation for female patients with complex needs. We are an 8 bedded unit which is part of the Rehabilitation and High Support Care Hub.
We are an innovative service provider committed to working with a variety of partners to provide high quality care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Technical Instructor, full time at 37.5 hrs per week, working in an In-patient stepdown rehabilitation setting. This role will involve working with individuals who have serious mental health conditions. You will work closely with the Multi- disciplinary team to meet patient orientated goals and support progression through a recovery pathway.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who is person-centred in their approach and enthusiastic about working within a recovery focused environment that offers empowerment for our patients. We support patients to build on their strengths, remain positive about their lives and provide support to transition from an inpatient environment to the community.
Successful applicants should demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of patient care. You will need a specific interest in working in a busy, challenging and complex setting.
We are proud to provide high quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and in the community across five boroughs of Greater Manchester - Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport and Tameside and Glossop.
Our vision is for a happier and more hopeful life for everyone in our communities and our staff work hard to deliver the very best care for the people who use our services. We’re really proud of our #PennineCarePeople and do everything we can to make sure we’re a great place to work.
