Summary
Preparing detailed analysis of highly complex information held on current and projected delivery and performance issues that may impact success. Develop and Inform reports to the NHS CFA Management Groups, SROs, Board and relevant Committees as required. Negotiates with and motivates project delivery, including linking in with other initiatives. Communicates sensitive information about project performance delivering complex formal presentations to large groups. Ensuring effective processes for monitoring and review of programmes andprojects through NHS CFA Management Groups and Board Committees.
