Summary

About the role

As a Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will supervise staff and line manage Senior Wellbeing Advisors.
You will co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the centre and collaborate with managers and staff to create a robust programme of delivery.
You will be collecting data and feedback as well as the promotion and development of the service

About you

You will have experience working with vulnerable people with diverse need, especially in a mental health
setting.
You will have experience of individual need assessments.
You will have excellent communication skills and ability to assess and manage risk and conflict.
You are able to work on your own initiative and within a team and manage your time.
