We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wythenshawe for an Order Management / Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Key Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business, with strong progression opportunities and a great team culture.
The Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role focused on managing key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing an excellent level of service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
Advising customers on delivery schedules and managing expectations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information
About You
Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused approach
