JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support our Workforce commercial team in driving national growth. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of our CRM, ensuring the team has the high-quality data, insights, and reporting they need to meet and exceed growth targets. You’ll take the lead on maintaining data integrity across contacts, contracts and activity records, providing essential administrative support so the team always has accurate, meaningful information at their fingertips. As the CRM lead, you’ll also champion the use of CRM and AI tools by offering hands-on support and training to boost confidence and engagement across the team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who’s excited about supporting a fast-paced commercial environment and helping the team secure more sales.
PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES
- Maintain and improve data accuracy, including sales pipeline status, updates from external and internal meetings/calls, marketing leads, contract details and contact information.
- Ensure compliance with data processing regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of CRM data to assess data integrity and alignment to business needs.
- Collaborate with commercial team and internal stakeholders to fulfil data requirements and manage resolution of data issues.
- Assist with monitoring activity plans for clients and prospects for all the team.
- Liaise with team members to update and identify new opportunities e.g. new contacts, key contact movements.
- Research, scope, support build and training of new AI use cases.
- Support the Commercial team to maximise benefits of AI using tools such as Co-pilot and Co-pilot for sales.
- Produce reports, trend analysis and data extracts from CRM system for board reports and sales team management.
- Provide team with guidance and training on CRM.
- Contribute to CRM development and testing.
- Champion CRM and AI use and help to drive opportunities to improve usage, data and commercial value.
- Work collaboratively with reporting services, marketing, research and operations teams to ensure CRM supports evolving requirements.
- Co-ordinate team meetings and activities such as 121s and team catch ups.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Essential
- A desire for a career within this area.
- Excellent use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CRM experience.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Co-Pilot.
- Experience of working in a sales environment.
