Summary
Work commencing Mid/late spring!
We will be seeking Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business based in Sleaford, specialising in conservatories, PVC products, and building materials.
This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone reliable, physically fit, and looking for long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading deliveries, including PVC products and conservatory materials

Picking and packing orders accurately
Assisting with goods-in and stock control
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting with manual handling of large and sometimes heavy items
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

0700-0800 start
8-9 hour shifts
40-45 hours a week
Starting wage £12.71 p/h
Overtime paid at time and a Half
Weekly pay
28 days annual leave pro-rata
