The successful candidate will have:

• a passion to improve teaching and learning so all pupils are able to excel and reach their full potential
• the ability to adapt to an ever-changing educational world
• a proven ability to continuously monitor and implement new developments and practices in education to improve outcomes for children
• the skills to be an excellent communicator with parents, pupils, staff and the wider local community
• the ability to be a leader of learning who will promote a positive attitude in staff and pupils
• the ability to embrace the Trust’s vision and work alongside other Headteachers in the Trust to improve outcomes for all pupils across each of the schools
