Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a committed and hardworking teacher to teach KS3 English as well as inspiring a crucial cohort of students within Aylsham High School for whom the experience within our Nurture provision is often transformational. This post primarily delivers high quality Literacy alongside social and emotional development for our most vulnerable students across KS3. We welcome applications from both primary and secondary phase teachers for this post.

The successful candidate will be joining our English department alongside our well-established Nurture team in a school which has nurture at the heart of its ethos. The post holder will be passionate about the role and invested in making a difference to the learning and lives of the students they work with. A willingness to learn and develop will be imperative and the successful candidate will be a highly skilled practitioner who is adept at working with complex needs and behaviours. We are looking for a calm and patient practitioner who holds a strong belief in the ability of all young people to be successful.
