Summary
Main Duties of the Role Welcoming and directing patients in a professional and friendly manner Managing appointment bookings efficiently Handling patient queries and concerns (face-to-face, online, and via telephone), and signposting to the appropriate team member or service Processing letters, completed forms, and specimen requests Providing guidance on practice procedures Registering new patients Maintaining accurate patient records, including scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks
