Summary
HBZ is recruiting Entry Level Sales Advisors for a growing client working across campaigns.
This is a strong entry point for anyone looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, or marketing. No experience is required as full HBZ training and ongoing coaching is provided from day one.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Conducting **outbound telesales phone-based sales calls
* Engaging with customers over the telephone in a professional manner
* Promoting products and services clearly and confidently
* Handling objections and converting leads into sales
* Working towards individual and team performance targets
* Earning uncapped commission and incentives
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Motivated, confident, and ambitious mindset
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
* Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
**Requirements**
*Access to a laptop or computer required for CRM, training and systems
* Reliable internet connection
