- Provide personalised support and assistance to students with SEMH needs, tailoring your approach to their individual requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes self-confidence, resilience, and a love of learning
- Monitor and record students' progress, adjusting support as needed to ensure their continued development
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of tailored intervention programmes

- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a teaching assistant diploma or equivalent
