We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Surbiton.
If you are a confident early years professional who enjoys leading a room, inspiring others, and creating exciting learning opportunities for children, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
· Lead and inspire a team within your room
· Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
· Ensure childrens learning and development is well supported and monitored
· Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
· Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
· Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best
What Were Looking For
· Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
· Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
· Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· A genuine passion for working with young children
· Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
