Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Greenwich to recruit a Qualified Teacher for a permanent role starting in September.
This role is best suited to qualified teachers with proven experience ideally within Key Stage 2 but open to all year groups who are confident in delivering high-quality provision within a structured and supportive environment. The school places a strong emphasis on development and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the framework
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported
- Use ongoing assessment to track progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Support children's early literacy, numeracy, and communication development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support learning at home
- Work collaboratively with support staff and the SLT
- Take part in staff meetings, CPD, and whole-school initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- QTS (essential), ECTs are welcome to apply
- Proven experience teaching
- Strong understanding of child development
- Confident in managing a classroom and supporting a range of abilities
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- A committed, proactive approach to teaching and professional development
