Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £30,400 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Ofsted - Rated Good Across All Areas

- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for child development and early years education

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care and learning experiences within your designated room
- Planning and implementing stimulating activities that encourage curiosity and build confidence
- Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS requirements
- Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment at all times
- Contributing positively to the team and the wider nursery community
