Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a senior digital integration specialist to join us in Manchester Foundation Trust, focusing on our Hive LCO expansion programme.
You will work with the Senior Integration Lead/ Architect to deliver the strategic roadmap and support the group digital strategy. This role will support planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet Trust requirements.
The role will be based within Group Digital Services with requirements to perform duties across all Trust sites, with additional travel to offsite training and meetings as required.
The assessment process for this role includes Sphinx testing which an aptitude assessment designed to evaluate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. An integration-specific technical test is also included.

Assist in the development of an MFT architecture strategy, which sets principles and guidelines for Enterprise architecture for areas such as Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Integration, Application and Infrastructure.
Ensure all new technology / releases of software are reviewed and assessed to ensure compatibility to current integrations and align with Trust protocols and policies.
Engage with and provide guidance to enterprise architects in providing software solutions.
Manage and coordinate the Integration work and staff to make sure their designs are implemented correctly and successfully.
Support in ensuring that all procedures associated with the successful running of the service, ensuring the team is adequately trained and delivers a high-quality service.
Engage and influence key stakeholders and teams across the Trust to deliver successful highly complex solutions that support our strategic objectives.
Provide expertise within Group Digital Services across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring delivered solutions match to the development roadmap. Support and maintain the application integration architecture blueprint for the Trust.
Create high- and low-level integration solution designs that support the development roadmap so that the solutions are fit for purpose and aligns to the group digital strategy.
