We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and well-established independent school in the Surrey/Croydon area for a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role:
• Supporting students with SEN on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Adapting to the daily challenges that come with working in an SEN environment
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience working as an LSA or in a similar SEN support role (essential)
• OR relevant experience working with children/young people with additional needs
• Graduates in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong resilience, patience, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Confident in managing challenging behaviours and adapting to different situations
