Hybrid / Global Aviation Logistics Environment

We are seeking a Warehouse Efficiency Manager to lead operational excellence across a high-performance aviation logistics environment based in West Drayton.

This is a hybrid role combining warehouse operations leadership, process optimisation, and systems ownership, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, standardising processes, and driving data-led decision making across a global warehouse network.

You will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of warehouse technologies, including WMS platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations and multi-site environments
  • Analyse warehouse performance data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Drive implementation and optimisation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Support deployment of automation and digital warehouse technologies
  • Standardise processes across global warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver strategic improvements
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to support data-led decision making
  • Champion Lean methodologies and operational excellence practices

Requirements

  • Strong background in warehouse operations, ideally within multi-site or global environments
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement / Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Manhattan or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel and data visualisation tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across operations, IT, and commercial teams
  • Experience in process optimisation, systems implementation, or warehouse transformation projects

Desirable

  • Experience within aviation logistics or high-volume distribution environments
  • Exposure to automation, robotics, or warehouse digitalisation projects
  • SQL or advanced data analytics capability
