Summary

Cardiff and Vale College are looking for a number of Enrolment Support Assistants to support the annual Summer enrolment of up to 5,000 learners.

To achieve this, we need to recruit a number of Enrolment Support Assistants who will support our Reception, Recruitment and Admissions teams with the following:

Direct learner enrolment on one of our main enrolment desks
Creation of Student ID Badges
Provide advice and guidance to prospective learners on Courses, Student Finance and other admission support
Meet & Greet of prospective learners
Support our Reception teams by providing Reception support as well as incoming calls, email queries and webchats
Complete relevant administrative tasks associated with the enrolment process
Modern administration abilities and experience that demonstrates operating in a fast paced setting with constantly shifting priorities

Our Enrolment Support Assistants will love the challenge of successfully enrolling large volumes of learners in a fast-paced environment. Speed and efficiency are the key but you’ll be supported by our fantastic Student Services team,.

You would be expected to have availability from the 27th July 2026 and have full availability between 11th August 2026 and 30th September 2026. Whilst we can honor any pre-booked medical or family appointments, we would be unable to accommodate any pre-booked holidays during this period.

The role will require to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the core business in the evenings and weekends.

Please note, this is a Fixed-Term Contract until 30th October 2026
