Job Title: Goods-in Laborer
Salary: £14.88 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Your role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Goods-in Laborer to join our warehouse and yard operations at Technip FMC Dunfermline on
a fixed term basis.
This role will support the Goods-In department and involves carrying out a variety of manual and forklift-based tasks within the
warehouse and yard environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, ensuring accurate identification, labelling,
and safe movement of materials.
As a Goods-in Laborer, you will be responsible for visually identifying parts in line with received paperwork and accurately
attaching QR labels, ensuring all physical markings correspond correctly. You will also safely move goods using forklifts, pallet
trucks, and lifting equipment, including loading and offloading transport and transferring products between locations.
You will play a key role in preparing parts for stock, production, or shipping, including securing materials using powered tools
for safe handling. Additional duties include presenting materials for production, supporting general warehouse activities, and
accurately counting stock.
Working effectively with others, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. You will
maintain high standards of safety and accuracy while working under pressure and contribute positively as part of a collaborative
team environment.
