Take charge of your own nursery and shape the future of early years education while building your management career with full
leadership responsibility.
We're seeking a passionate Junior Nursery Manager to lead our high-quality childcare provision for children aged 6 weeks-5 years.
You'll work closely with Senior Leadership to create a safe, nurturing environment that meets EYFS and Ofsted standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Lead and develop your team to deliver outstanding care and learning
* Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
* Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and staffing ratios
* Manage finance and administration responsibilities
* Support business development to maximise occupancy
