Summary
Work in a community- based setting communicating with all members of Multidisciplinary Care Team, voluntary and statutory organisations, clients, members of the public and a range of other professional colleagues. Ensure effective liaison and communication with other professional groups within the Trust and outside agencies, works in partnership in the interests of clients. Build trusting relationships with children, carers and families, to positively influence their future health outcomes. Advocate for fairness, equity and social justice and challenge discriminatory practices and behaviours. Produce and present accurate objective reports at child protection conferences.
