Summary
- Complete statutory Review Health Assessments within national and CNWL timeframes. - Produce high-quality child-centred health care plans. - Provide specialist advice to social workers, foster carers, residential teams and partner agencies. - Support timely referrals for identified health needs and ensure multi-agency communication. - Contribute to service development, audits, quality assurance and accurate CLA health records. - Deliver and support training for health, social care and education colleagues
