About the Role

We are actively seeking a highly reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Site Technician to become an integral part of our dedicated team. As a Site Technician, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance and repair of assets, ensuring all tasks are delivered to high standards while working in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager with basic building and fabric maintenance works.
Maintain and repair fixtures, fittings, and cosmetic works within the buildings.
Perform routine building maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
Respond to generated alarms and faults, escalating issues to the Site Manager when necessary.
Support landscaping and ground maintenance as required.
Follow Health & Safety Policy and Safe Systems of Work procedures at all times.
Report all unsafe conditions, damage, or near misses to the appropriate person.
Work both independently and as a proactive member of the team.
Ensure the site reflects a professional image at all times.
Prioritize and manage your own time in accordance with assigned workloads.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements

Previous experience in school or building maintenance.
Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety procedures.
Reliable and conscientious with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Punctual, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
