Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites in Barnsley and Doncaster
* Carry out regular cleaning audits and ensure high standards are consistently met
* Train, coach, and support cleaning staff to improve performance and confidence
* Step in with cleaning duties when needed
* Monitor supplies and report any shortages or issues
* Maintain clear communication with management and site contacts

Requirements
* Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Ability to travel between sites reliably
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Comfortable training and guiding staff
* Must be able to pass a DBS check
