Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Liverpool John Moores University is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated External Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly Unitemps team.

Unitemps is LJMU's recruitment service, connecting students and graduates with flexible work opportunities while providing high‑quality temporary and permanent staffing solutions to organisations across the Liverpool City Region.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activity, build strong relationships with clients, and develop new business opportunities. You'll support students and graduates at the start of their careers while working closely with university departments and external organisations.

Unlike many recruitment roles, this position is non‑commission based, allowing you to focus on excellent service, meaningful partnerships, and the student experience.

If you enjoy recruitment, relationship‑building, and making a positive impact, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a unique university‑led recruitment service.

LJMU Recruitment Agency Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liverpool John Moores University and operates under its own terms and conditions of employment.

Please note all of our vacancies will be closed to applications at midnight on the advertised closing date, unless otherwise stated.
