Job Overview:
This role sits within the Export CustomerService Team, supporting customers across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa with scientific products and services.
Youwill manage export documentation, hazardous goods paperwork, TPM checks, anddo‑diligence processes while ensuring compliance with global exportsregulations.
Location: Loughborough - Bishop Meadow Road
Type: Full‑time, On‑site
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri, flexible 8-16:00 / 9-17:00)
Duration: 3‑month contract
Rate: £14.92 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare export shipping documentation for global shipments.
- Handle hazardous paperwork (IATA/IMDG).
- Maintain accurate filing and shipping administration.
- Ensure all shipments meet strict deadlines.
- Work closely with the Export Sales Team to support customers in the EEMEA region.
- Respond to complex customer enquiries (verbal & written).
- Promote a positive corporate reputation and maintain composure in challenging situations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Solid understanding of IATA/IMDG regulations and relevant qualifications.
- Experience working in a pressured environment.
- Minimum 2 A-levels (Science & English desirable but not essential).
- Intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
