Summary
We're looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator (Some property sector experience preferred, however not essential) for our established & worker friendly Melksham (SN12) team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy and have experience working with the public, have strong communicate skills (verbally face to face and over the phone, email) & proactively, be solutions driven, be able to think on their feet and be looking to build a career within the property sector and this has a definite career progression path in place for the right candidate.
Daily duties will consist of promoting the business & properties on various social media platforms, call outs to contacts, supporting the sales team (speaking with clients and buyers, attending accompanied viewings, generating leads etc) whilst always looking to offer the highest levels of customer service.
Ongoing, industry leading training is provided with a starting salary of £24,785 + (commission after probation period) plus company car! Hours 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays with a Thursday off. Must be prepared to work longer hours if needed as clients sometimes will want viewings after 5:30pm or after 4pm on Saturday.
