Summary
WE'RE HIRING - Yard Operative & Forklift Driver
Location: Grimsby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm
Pay: £14.70 per hour
Counterbalance licence preffered but not essential!
This role includes manual lifting, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical duties.
- Manual Handling of Cylinders
- Loading/unloading pallets, including securing loads
- Assist with loading rigid vehicles and flat bed trailers (If a FLT license is held)
- Strapping and unstrapping rigid vehicles and flatbed trailer loads
- Filling of LPG Gas cylinders
- Labelling of cylinders
Candidate Requirements:
- Good understanding of safety procedures and operating procedures to be followed
- Good level of health / fitness (The tasks are all manual)
- FLT license is advantageous but not essential
Full training, uniform, and PPE will be provided
