Summary
What you'll be working: 37.5 Hours / Monday to Friday What you'll be doing: You will play a pivotal role in: Designing and implementing a high-quality, patient-centred MND specialist service Leading the setup and operational development of a 14-bed dedicated MND ward Overseeing clinical standards and delivery within a 5-bed private rehabilitation unit Building, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary nursing team Establishing best practice pathways, policies, and patient experiences from day one Working collaboratively with consultants, therapists, and senior leadership What you'll have: Registered Nurse with significant experience in Motor Neurone Disease, neurology, or complex long-term conditions Proven leadership or senior clinical experience (e.g. Ward Manager, Clinical Lead, Specialist Nurse) Passion for service development and innovation Strong understanding of patient-centred care in both NHS and/or private healthcare settings Ideally, experience within private healthcare or rehabilitation environments A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the confidence to build and lead a new service A legal right to work in the U.K. We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
