An exciting opportunity for an Anaesthetic & Recovery Practitioner - RN/ODP at North Downs Hospital, Caterham. We seek a passionate individual for the Theatre Team. The successful candidate will have HCPC/NMC registration and experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to work well in a team. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure high standards of care for all patients. What you need to know To succeed, you need a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We seek a dynamic individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, building relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders. They will drive excellence in safety and quality of care. They will support the Quality agenda by monitoring standards, identifying risks, and planning improvements.
