Summary

The Cross Faculty Support Office (CFSO) is responsible for delivering Academic Services support to the University’s UK and international collaborative partners.

The Student & Academic Administrator provides comprehensive administration for collaborative courses across all Faculties, acting as a single point of contact between the University and partner institution. The post holder will support assessment, progression and awards, maintain accurate student records, advise stakeholders on regulations and processes, and ensure effective communication, governance and service delivery across the student lifecycle.

The role requires developing strong working relationships with the partners, as well as close collaboration with key stakeholders such as the Transnational Education Partnerships Office, Academic Registry, Academic Services, and Faculty academics. The postholder must demonstrate flexibility, diplomacy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

This is a full-time role with optional hybrid working. Travel may be required at key points in the academic cycle to meet with partners. The team will also participate in key University activities, including Registration, Graduation, and Confirmation and Clearing.

The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 21 May 2026

This is a fixed term maternity cover post until 30 April 2027 (or the earlier return of the substantive post holder) to cover a period of maternity leave.
