We have an exciting opportunity for two Team Leaders to join our Work & Wellbeing team in Barnsley and Sheffield.

This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful employment outcomes, while leading and developing a team to deliver a high‑quality, performance‑focused service. You will join a supportive, values‑led organisation, working alongside a friendly and committed team where collaboration, learning, and impact really matter.

More about the role

As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists, providing day‑to‑day leadership, performance management, and professional support. The focus of the role is to:

Lead and motivate a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to deliver positive and sustained employment outcomes aligned to customers’ job preferences
Ensure the delivery of a high‑quality, strengths‑based employment support service
Provide clear operational oversight, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for customers.
