Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Kidderminster
Job Type: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence to join a busy warehouse team in Kidderminster on an afternoon shift basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent role.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
12:00pm – 9:00pm (paid until 9:00pm regardless of finish time)
Pay Rate:
£13.30 per hour
Job Duties:
This role is split between forklift driving and general warehouse responsibilities:
• 75% FLT Work: Operating the forklift truck efficiently and safely to move materials around the warehouse
• 25% Warehouse Duties: Assisting with tidying up, cleaning, palletising, and ensuring the warehouse is organised
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow
About You:
• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and organisation
