Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

    Full-time position, Monday-Friday during term-time only

    Immediate or September starts available!
    Earn up to £540 per week
    Provide both 1:1 tailored support for children with additional needs and general classroom assistance

    As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to guide and support pupils during their first experiences of school life. You’ll assist in lessons, encourage active participation, monitor progress, and provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.

    This role offers the chance to deepen your understanding of Early Years education, develop practical classroom experience, and gain valuable insight into early child development — all of which will provide an excellent foundation for future teacher training.
