Summary
Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to support a client based between Grimsby and Louth. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Location
- Between Grimsby and Louth
* Own or reliable transport is essential
* No public transport links are available to the site
Shift Pattern
- 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
* 6:00am - 6:00pm
Pay Rate
- £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and overseeing production lines
* Separating plastics before materials are processed by Machine Operators
* Carrying out general warehousing duties
* Maintaining health & safety standards across the site
* Troubleshooting issues on production lines
* Supporting team members where required
* Flexibility to work additional hours when needed

Experience
* Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

* Ability to stand for long periods
* Keen interest in the recycling process
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
