Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our small seafood processing team. This is a hands-on role working with shellfish in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Responsibilities:
Processing shellfish (cleaning, preparation, and meat extraction)
Packing and vacuum packing products
Labelling and preparing orders
Carrying out quality checks on products
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Food hygiene knowledge/experience an advantage
Previous experience in food processing beneficial but not essential
