Summary
As a Support Worker (Waking Night), Your role will include monitoring individuals throughout the night, accurately recording any achievements, health observations, outcomes, and concerns.
Responsibilities:-
Deliver high-quality care and support during night shifts.
Monitor health and well-being, completing all required records accurately.
Respond to emergencies and call on sleep-in staff when necessary.
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold safeguarding policies.
Support continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Complete night-time duties, including cleaning and monitoring tasks.

Level 3 diploma in residential childcare, or be willing to work towards
