Summary
Support is required to keep me independent living in my family home and accessing the community .I live with my husband and two children in my own home.
I will need support to shower morning. I will also need help some evenings or mornings with meal prep and getting children dressed/bathed and put to bed .
Also i would like someone to to help me to take the children out at times to give my husband a break or when he is away.
