This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping our services running smoothly, acting as a point of contact for residents and supporting the wider Property Management team. If you’re adaptable, proactive, and confident communicating with a range of people, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in housing.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the allocation process, preparing tenancy paperwork, processing move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensuring properties are ready to let
* Providing daily reception cover: greeting visitors, managing calls, booking appointments, and offering general admin support
* Acting as a key point of contact for residents, partner organisations, and contractors
* Issuing letters, notices, invoices and handling a variety of customer enquiries
* Assisting Property Managers with low‑level arrears management to maximise income
* Reporting and monitoring repairs, escalating issues where needed
* Helping to monitor contractor performance and arranging inspection/testing visits
* Supporting regular estate and property inspections and ensuring records are accurately maintained
* Assisting in the monitoring of budgets, stock usage, and service charge information
* Promoting good housekeeping and fire safety practices within our accommodation
* Maintaining high‑quality documentation and compliance with organisational standards
* Building strong working relationships internally and externally
* Attending meetings and forums as a representative of A2Dominion (with support)
* Producing reports and contributing to tenancy and performance objectives
More About You
* GCSEs (A*–C or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Strong administration and organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
* Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front‑facing role
* Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Ability to problem‑solve and support the needs of a diverse customer base, including vulnerable residents
* Experience in housing or property management is highly desired
* A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
