Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent automotive accident repair specialist based in Hereford, who is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Panel Beater to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a stable position within a reputable company that values craftsmanship and dedication.

Duties of the Panel Beater:
- Repair and replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels following manufacturer standards
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs ensuring structural integrity
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Perform bumper and door repairs as required, maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure all repair work complies with internal quality controls and external audit requirements
- Collaborate within a team to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations as a Panel Beater
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within an automotive repair environment
- Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent are desirable but not essential for individuals with extensive practical experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards is advantageous but not compulsory
