Your new role


We are looking for teachers who are open to flexible supply work across the Rugby area. Opportunities range from single‑day cover to ongoing placements, with both part-time and full-time options available. You may be delivering prepared lessons, supporting mixed‑ability classes, or taking short-term responsibility for a group of pupils. Each assignment offers the chance to work within welcoming school teams who value clear communication, consistency and a calm, supportive approach. Whether you enjoy stepping into different classrooms each week or prefer settling into one school for a longer period, we'll help you find roles that suit your strengths and routine.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching within a primary school environment
  • Confident behaviour management and a warm, encouraging manner
  • The flexibility to adapt to different school routines and expectations
  • Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical approach to teaching
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, positive learning atmosphere for pupils
