As a Facilities Operative / Car Park Officer with ISS UK, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of site services, supporting staff, patients, and visitors by maintaining safe car parking, traffic flow, and site security.
You will be an important part of the team, helping to deliver a high-quality service across the hospital environment.
The Role
Monitor and manage car parking and traffic flow across the site
Patrol the hospital, grounds, and car parks at regular intervals, as well as conducting ad hoc patrols
Identify misuse of car parking facilities and take appropriate action
Issue parking warnings and penalties in line with procedures
Direct traffic on site as required or under instruction from the Security Manager
Escort staff and external representatives during the movement or collection of cash
Respond to faults on car park machines in line with agreed procedures
Maintain accurate records in accordance with operational procedures
